RCounter
is a system for gathering and reviewing statistics, analysis of
web-site attendance (as well as separate web-pages).
Basic functions and advantages of the system:

of diverse kinds of statistics (hits, hosts totally and by dates,
unique IP-addresses, "where from" statistics);

of statistics on separate pages of a large/complex-structured

Special
advantages of the system:
- reliable
attendance registration - as RCounter is placed on the same sesrver,
as contents of your site, a user opened site, will be necessarily
counted in your site visit statistics. This is essential difference
from other counters and rating systems placed on remote portals;
- accessory
of the base to site owner - as RCounter gathers statistics in
a local base on the same server, where your site is placed - all
statistical data belong completely to you as a site owner, nobody
can delete, close or move them without your knowledge. In other
hand, you (as a site owner) can at any moment move the base on
other server, or edit it;

Free distribution of RCounter v1.0 and RCounter v2.0 release candidate
is an element of our marketing politics. You can use our product

On
16 November 2001, the rights on the RCounter project were bought
by
NooLab Corporation
But
it does not mean denial of product distribution and/or user support!
Now, we are working under the second version of RCounter in the
structure of well-known Russian software company. According NooLab's
plans, RCounter product will have the free version, as well as the
commercial versions.
RCounter
2.0 will be tremendously better in every respect!
Having received access to technologies and development tools of
NooLab Corp. as well as to enough financial resources, we hope to
make a unique product not only in the category of free statistics,
but also among professional means and tools for analysis of audiences
and Internet marketing.
Also, the management of NooLab Corp. has some plans of the product
development up to the level of consulting models, as there are own
company's advanced technologies in the artificial intelligence area.
Now, we are not ready to make comments about these plans, but we
concern to this possibility with great interest.
